Dear ICTCT member and friend,
Near the end of 2025 we reflect on a year of activities. This year’s highlights include our annual conference in Berlin, Germany, an extra conference in Québec city, Canada, a successful researcher’s course and three engaging webinars.
Beyond these, the Afrosafe Academy, an ICTCT sub-committee, organized four webinars and a conference in Winneba, Ghana. The Nordic Traffic Safety Academy, another sub-committee of ICTCT, hosted its annual research school in Trondheim, Norway.
ICTCT is now also a proud sponsor of the Traffic Safety Research journal, which has become in its five years of existence a leading open access journal in road safety.
Looking ahead, 2026 promises to be just as eventful. We already look forward to the following activities:
- the annual ICTCT conference and researcher’s course in Zagreb, Croatia (October 2026)
- the 3rd AfroSAFE conference in Lusaka, Zambia (June 2026)
- new webinars with esteemed speakers.
It is exciting to see the ICTCT community grow and diversify, and we invite you to continue being us on this journey.
But before the new year kicks off, it is time for a short break. We wish you a peaceful festive season filled with joy and special moments with family and friends. We look forward to seeing you in 2026 at some of our events!
