Dear ICTCT friend,
As we near the end of 2024, we reflect on another year of fruitful ICTCT activities. This year’s highlights include a successful researcher’s course, engaging webinars, and our annual conference in The Hague, Netherlands, which was a great success.
Beyond these, the Nordic Traffic Safety Academy, a subcommittee of ICTCT, hosted its annual Research School in May in Lund, Sweden. The Afrosafe Academy, another ICTCT subcommittee, organized an impressive series of eight webinars and a conference in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
It’s exciting to see the ICTCT community grow and diversify, and we invite you to continue joining us on this journey.
Additionally, ICTCT proudly became a sponsor of Traffic Safety Research: an Interdisciplinary Journal, one of the leading journals in road safety research.
Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be just as eventful. We are excited for the following activities:
- The Research School in Trondheim, Norway (May 2025)
- An extra ICTCT conference in Québec City, Canada (May 2025)
- The 2nd AfroSAFE Conference in Winneba, Ghana (August 2025)
- The annual ICTCT conference and researcher’s course in Berlin, Germany (October 2025)
- A new series of webinars with esteemed speakers
But before the new year kicks off, it’s time for a short break. We wish you a peaceful festive season filled with joy and special moments with family and friends. We look forward to seeing you in 2025 at one of our many events!
